Job Description
Avita Community Partners is excited to announce a Mental Health Counselor opportunity in our Hartwell Behavioral Health Center.

Job Description:
•Provides mental health services to children, and adolescents in a school and outpatient setting.
•Will Provide individual counseling, diagnostic assessments, group therapy, family counseling
•Must be eligible for Associate License in Georgia (LAMFT, LAPC, or LMSW) within 6 months of hire

Minimum Qualifications:

Unlicensed ($30,822.75/yr):
*A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Community Counseling, School Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy and eligibility to obtain a associate level license within six months of employment (LAPC, LAMFT, LMSW). (Upon receipt of Georgia associate licensure, employee is eligible for a 5% increase in pay)


Associate Licensed ($32,363.89/yr):
*Associate Licensure as an LAPC, LAMFT or LMSW in the State of Georgia


Fully Licensed ($40,000-$47,000)
Salary is dependent on length and type of licensure.
*Full Licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the State of Georgia

Applicants must not have six (6) or more points against their driver's license or a suspended or revoked driver's license within the last five (5) years.
