Posted: 00/00/0000 Job Description Job Description: • Will work with adolescents with a substance abuse issue. • Will manage the drug screening process for all Clubhouse members and submit a monthly report. • Will complete substance abuse assessments and make referrals for those who need a higher level of care. • Must be willing to transport teens on a daily basis. A driver cannot have six or more points against his/her license within the last five years.
