FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Our finance personnel maintain sound financial management by reporting accurate finance and account information, as well as maximizing available resources to fulfill the organization's mission. Medicaid / Medicare accounts, insurance submittals, and other billing issues are handled by the finance team’s billing personnel.
HUMAN RESOURCES
In addition to providing leadership and support in hiring, training, and the retention of a qualified workforce, the Avita Human Resources Department administers various employee benefits, maintains training records, and updates certification requirements.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
The IT Department plays an integral role in providing a quality level of dependable service. IT provides assistance and service to those who uphold the needs of our consumers, their families, and the community.
CARE MANAGEMENT
The Care Management Department provides service access, effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction measurement and analysis, quality assurance and utilization management auditing, training and technical assistance to support organizational performance improvement efforts. Avita Consumer Relations, Health & Safety, and Corporate Compliance Programs are coordinated by this department.
